INTENSE PULSED LIGHT (IPL)
IPL™ can make dramatic visual improvements to sun damaged skin, redness, freckles, birthmarks, broken capillaries, spider veins, fine lines and wrinkles. An IPL™ treatment consists of broad spectrum light (UV light is filtered out). The pulses of light are carefully and precisely directed at the skin’s problem areas, eliminating flawed skin cells, while stimulating the skin’s natural renewal process. The light pulses produced by IPL™ are very brief, discomfort is minimal, and there is no patient down time. An impressive improvement in your skin is usually achieved after four to six treatments.
